Chamber Grant Applications
2025 Round Two of Grant Applications is open from July 23 to August 23. Awards will be announced at the end of September.
Applications are reviewed by the Partnership for Community Development Board, an organization that oversees the Chamber of Commerce. Applications are reviewed using a standardized assessment rubric, which can be viewed here. Awards are made in March and August.
All grants are reimbursed within 60 days. You may receive all or part of your request.
PLEASE NOTE: Applications DO NOT rollover. If your application is not approved, you must reapply during a new application period to seek funding again. If your application is not approved, you may reach out to info@hamiltonpcd.org for feedback.
Equipment and/or Machinery Grant
1 year minimum Chamber membership, membership must be current
$3,000 maximum
This grant funding can be used to purchase tangible property and equipment necessary to improve, enhance, or update business operations.
Soft Costs Grant
1 year minimum Chamber membership, membership must be current
$1,000 maximum
This grant funding can be used to cover the costs of indirect or less tangible expenses, including but not limited to marketing, re-branding, consulting fees, hiring or training expenses, and events that promote tourism to the area (includes performer costs).
