Chamber Grant Applications
The Hamilton Chamber of Commerce is proud to offer an annual Chamber Grant Program to support the growth and sustainability of local businesses. Each year, the Chamber budgets approximately $10,000 to award through two competitive grant cycles.
Equipment Grant
Application Period: January – Mid-February
Awards Announced: Early March
Purpose: Supports the purchase of tools, machinery, or equipment that directly improve business operations, efficiency, or capacity.
Soft Costs Grant
Application Period: June – Mid-July
Awards Announced: Early August
Purpose: Helps offset expenses such as marketing, licensing, or other professional services that contribute to long-term business success.
How it Works
Applications are reviewed by the Partnership for Community Development Board.
The program is competitive, and not all applicants may receive funding.
Priority is given to projects that demonstrate clear community impact and business sustainability.
If your business has received a Chamber Grant in the past, you’ll need to wait two years before applying again.
Requests for cell phones or computers are typically not funded through this program.
Check back during each application window for guidelines and application links.
